Daily Routine of a new meditator

Morning:

Wake up – sit up in bed, repeat the three oaths one took at the time of initiation

Full bath or half-bath

Meditation, ideally doing kiirtan (chanting Baba Nam Kevalam) before meditation; finish with “Guru Puja

Yoga asanas (postures)

Breakfast

Evening:

Meditation, ideally doing kiirtan (chanting Baba Nam Kevalam) before meditation; finish with “Guru Puja

Dinner
